29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The employer did not provide effective training on the measures employees can take to protect themselves from hazards in the workplace,  including specific procedures to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used.    (a) On about or about April 19, 2018, for the employee who was not wearing personal protective equipment and sustained chemical burns resulting in hospitalization while attempting to unload Aqua Ammonia Solution 26 Deg (61.6% ammonium hydroxide (CAS # 1336-21-6)) at or near, 18175 Red River Road West in Wahpeton, ND.
