29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents.   On or about April 25, 2018, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in framing work activities were in use of eye protection while operating pneumatic nail guns.  This exposed the employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about April 25, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees, engaged in framing work activities were in use of a personal fall arrest system.  This exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than (6) feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about April 25, 2018, the employer did not train employees to recognize hazards related to falls and the procedures to follow that would minimize those hazards while performing framing work at a height of over six(6) feet.  This exposes the employees to a fall hazard.
