29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) Bench grinder, east wall of shop area; on April 24, 2018 and times prior the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards due to the work rest of the Ryobi Bench grinder not adjusted to 1/8 inch from the working surface. The left wheel was adjusted to 1/2 inch from the working surface.
