29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501.    On or about April 26, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 22 feet.  The employees were performing framing activities on a new residential home located on S/L 9 Majestic Oaks Drive, Hudson, Ohio 44236. The employees were working on the 2nd level without using any form of fall protection.    Seven Way Partners LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220646 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5640 Timberline Trail, Hudson, Ohio 44236.
