29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(i): In the absence of a firm foundation, the base of the jack was not blocked.  On or about 25 April 2018, two workers were performing an oil and filter change on a Volvo 9700 Series Charter Bus in which the bases of two Pittsburgh 20-Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jacks were not blocked when they were set up on the unstable ground, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by the bus.
