29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On 05/01/2018, workers for Cain Hernendez were reroofing the detached garage at 401 Mississippi, Crystal City, MO. The roofers were exposed to a possible fall hazard by not being tied off. They were not utilizing a complete Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS). There was an approximate 8 foot 4 inch fall from a 6:12 pitched roof.
