29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 8668 Highway 2 East: On or about May 1, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of 11 feet to the ground below while working on a 7/12 pitch roof without fall protection.
