29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Employees were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. A written hazard communication program had not been developed or implemented to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used in the facility included but were not limited to Brake Clean, Purple Power , PB Blaster, and Quick Fix Rubber Cleaner

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. Hunts Car Care of Kearney, Missouri did not report an in-patient hospitalization as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours. An incident occurred on or about April 24, 2018 which involved burns to an employee. This incident was not reported to OSHA.
