29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)(a):  a) Fairfield Inn Project:  The employer required employees to wear 3M 8210 disposable filtering respirators during cleaning operations and 3M 6001 half-mask respirators with organic cartridges during painting operations and did not establish or implement a written respiratory program that included training, fit-testing and medical clearance, on or about May 7, 2018.                                  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
