Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) Encore Casino, 6th Floor Tower, Room 617 and 619 On or about May 3, 2018, employees were exposed to live parts of electrical outlets that were used to charge powered pallet jacks used by the employer to move material. The electrical outlets were not covered, exposing the live parts of the outlet. Abatement certification of this item is required in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
