29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  (a) Auction area, left side door looking from the inside out- On or about May 9, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an entrapment hazard, in that the route to an emergency exit door was blocked by large appliances, a mop bucket, and a pedestal fan, preventing employees from exiting that area in the event of an emergency.  (b) Furniture shop, door adjacent to furniture assembly- On or about May 9, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an entrapment hazard, in that the route to an emergency exit door was blocked by saw horses, furniture parts, and a pedestal fan, preventing employees from exiting that area in the event of an emergency.
