29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Facility, 311 East Main Street, Evans City, PA: On or about May 9, 2018, employees were working on loose floor boards in the food prep and cooking areas, exposing them to slip and trip hazards. Posti's Pizza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292369, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 331 East Main Street, Evans City, PA 16033.
