29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:    JOBSITE:  The employee installing a ladder jack scaffold underneath overhead roofing work was not protected from struck by falling material and/or tools by wearing a protective hard hat.      On or about 05/09/2018, the employee was struck by a falling hammer while performing the above tasks and sustained a laceration on the head.
