Cool Spring Road, OFallon, MO, did have an electrical hazard at breaker panel B.  An unused opening in the bottom left corner of the panel was not effectively closed.

Cool Spring Road, OFallon, MO, did have electrical hazards at or in breaker panels B and C.  Various breakers were unmarked or unlabeled to indicate what or where they provided 120/208/240 volt electrics.
