29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    a)1297 Providence Rd, Secane, PA  Employees were exposed to implement hazards in that the employer failed to guard horizontally protruding steel all-thread rods ( approximately 3/8 diameter, protruding approximately 1 foot), set in hardened concrete. This condition was observed on or about May 15, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage:  a)  a) 1297 Providence Rd., Secane, PA 19018 - The employer did not protect a 500-gallon tank, which contained diesel fuel and was used to store and dispense diesel fuel, from collision damage, thus exposing employees to fire hazards.  This condition was observed on or about May 15, 2018.
