29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)   A.           On or about 05/10/18, at the site of 106-01 Corona Ave. Corona, NY    Employees working on the fabricated frame scaffolds were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only two scaffold planks.       ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

On or about 05/10/18, scaffolds at 106-01 Corona Ave. Corona, NY    Employees working from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 ft. while installing eave/gutters to face of building.  ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
