29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not provide respirator users with information contained in Appendix D to this section("Information for employees using respirators when not required under this standard") when voluntary respirator use was permissible:  1) Welding 202 Area: On or about May 17, 2018, the employer exposed employees to irritation hazards, in that Appendix D of the respirator standard was not provided to employees utilizing 3M N95 filtering face-piece (model #8210) two strap dust masks voluntarily.
