29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    a) 1646 Barataria Blvd., Marrero, LA; On or about May 16, 2018, the employer allowed an employee to work from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was approximately 12 feet above ground.
