29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:  On May 17, 2018, an employee working the ground area was not wearing a protective helmet while a truck mounted aerial lift was removing and installing commercial signs.
