29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(2)(i): The employer failed to implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(b) through (d) [except (d)(1)(iii)], and (f) through (m), which covers each employee required by 29 CFR 1926.1101 to use a respirator:  a. On or about May 18, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations that contained asbestos, removal of asbestos roofing tiles were required to wear 1/2 face air purifying respirators. The employer did not implement a respiratory protection program, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with asbestos.
