29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about February 15,2018 on a new construction site located at 2998 Preserve Walk Court (Lot #40) Buford GA 30519 , two employees installing roofing and sheathing material were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately twelve feet to the ground, when the fall hazard included, but were not limited to:  a. Two employees working on the roof was exposed to a fall hazard when they was not attached by the D-ring that was part of his fall protection.
