29 CFR 1926.405(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor and so connected to all boxes, fittings, and cabinets as to provide effective electrical continuity:     On or about 05/10/18, in the boiler on the roof of 54-25 101st Street, Corona, NY.    Employees were exposed to the electrical shock hazard due to the wires (220 volt) being connected directly to the breaker located within the electrical panel box.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
