Industrial Blvd., Cleburne, Texas: at the tank farm area, the employer did not ensure eyewash stations were inspected, tested and ready available for employees working with hazardous material such as but not limited to chlorine, sulfur and glycol.  The employees were exposed to eye and skin irritation.
