29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph:      a) On or about May 15, 2018 and at times prior, Systems Electric, Inc., as the creating and correcting employer, did not ensure that the energized electrical circuit breaker cabinet was installed with a cabinet enclosure. Employees of Pachi's Projects LLC were exposed to possible electric shock while accessing the electrical panel and switching the electrical circuit breakers.

Employees of Pachi's Projects LLC were exposed to possible electrical shock while working on electrical circuits.
