29 CFR 1910.23(b)(12): Each employee did not use at least one hand to grasp the ladder when climbing up and down it:  a. On or about 05/31/2018, while working at job sites - employees using ladders to go on roofs to clean drains are required carry equipment such as a General Root 66 while climbing up and down ladders. Carrying equipment will not allow them to continuously use at least one hand to grasp the ladder during the process to climbing up and / or down the ladder, exposing the employees to a fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): Employees were carrying an object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder:   a. On or about 05/31/2018, while working at job sites - employees using ladders to go on roofs to clean drains are required carry equipment such as a General Root 66 while climbing up and down ladder. Carrying equipment can cause employees lose their balance which is intensify by not maintaining three point of contact with the ladder when climbing up and down it, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
