29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  On or about 5/30/18, at 6010 Old Dixie Hwy, in the city of Vero Beach, the employer did not ensure there was a sign on the bathroom door identifying it as a bathroom door and not an EXIT door.
