Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by heavy equipment and/or vehicles.    a) Worksite was located at 4711 Dell Avenue, North Bergen, NJ 07047    Employees that were assigned to drive and dump loads at recycling facilities were exposed to the hazards of being struck by heavy equipment and/or vehicles while on foot performing functions including but not limited to opening and closing their vehicle's dump body doors.    Violation was observed on or about June 2nd, 2018
