The most recent occurrence of this was observed June 8, 2018 at the existing residential home located at 4506 Lake Forrest Circle, Bellevue, NE where the employer has employees using pneumatic nail guns to secure the shingles they were installing on the roof without wearing any ANSI approved eye protection.
