OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.    A) Worksite - On or about June 7, 2018, the compressed air used by the employees to supply air to the paint was piped in an above-ground, wall-mounted, 3/4" piping system made of Schedule 40 PVC pipe.  The system was not enclosed in a conduit or casing of sufficient strength to provide protection, should the PVC pipe fail.
