OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crush and blunt force trauma hazards:   a)  Highway 22, Near Mile Marker 123 - Rolling Hills Hunting Club, Alexander City AL; On or about June 4, 2018 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to crush and blunt force trauma hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a Honda Pioneer 1000 Off Highway Utility Vehicle without wearing seatbelt restraints.

29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid:   a) Highway 22 Near Mile Marker 123 Rolling Hills Hunting Club, Alexander City AL; On or about June 4, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to potential medical emergencies in that they were required to work off road in rough terrain in the woods miles from a clinic or hospital without a trained first aid provider available on site.
