29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation or follow-up: N. Chalone Peak, base camp: Employees who attempted to resuscitate a trail crew member were exposed to potentially infectious bodily fluids. Exposed employees did not receive a medical evaluation for post exposure prophylaxis until at least a week after the exposure incident.
