29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:      a).     On or about 06/14/18, at 28-30 Jackson Ave, Long Island City, NY.      An employee was working on a live junction box located at the 5th floor using Rectorseal PVC solvent cement to secure the extension of the junction box, he came in contact with 120 Volt electrical wires.      ABATEMENT DOCUMENTAIOTN IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR1903.19.
