29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner:  On or about June 18, 2018, at 222 W. Milton Avenue, Milton, LA the employer failed to ensure that the mobile scaffold wheels were in the lock position while in use. The mobile scaffold was being used in order to install an acoustical ceiling.
