29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:      (a) On or about June 18, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to caught-in and/or struck-by hazards were the Harrison, 13 inch swing, metal turning lathe was operated in the fabrication department at 4409 33rd Street North, Fargo, North Dakota.      (b) On or about June 20, 2018 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to crushing hazards from the gantry bridge on the ALLtra Corporation, plasma gantry cutting machine, model no. PG14-8LW, serial no. 5060 while operated in auto mode in the fabrication department at 4409 33rd Street North, Fargo, North Dakota.
