29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    a) On or about June 19, 2018, at the showroom, a designated exit door for emergency evacuation required a key for a dead bolt and had no door knob, exposing employees to burns and injuries.    b)  On or about June 19, 2018, in the south side of the showroom, a designated exit door for emergency evacuation had a dead bolt lock and locking door knob metal gate in front, exposing employees to burns and injuries.    c)  On or about June 19, 2018, at the southwest of the warehouse, a designated exit door for emergency evacuation had a sliding lock atop the panic bar, exposing employees to burns and injuries.    d)  On or about June 19, 2018, at the west side of the warehouse, a designated exit door for emergency evacuation had a latch and missing door knob, exposing employees to burns and injuries.
