29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer shall establish and implement a written exposure control plan: On or about June 20, 2018 at a bridge construction worksite located on County Road M at its junction with State Highway 55 in White Lake, WI 54491; the employer did not implement a written exposure control plan for respirable crystalline silica dust when two employees were exposed to dust generated by an employee grinding concrete with a handheld electric grinder which was not equipped with an integrated water delivery system or shroud with dust collection system. All provisions of 29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1)(i) through (iv) must be covered in a written exposure control plan. Key elements include, but are not limited to the following worksite descriptions: 1) Tasks at the worksite 2) Engineering controls 3) Worksite housekeeping measures 4) Procedures used to restrict access
