29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:  On or about June 18, 2018 at 222 W. Milton Avenue, Milton, LA the employer did not conduct a hazard assessment prior to allowing employees to cut masonry block; which created a potential respiratory hazard of exposure to silica dust. Employee(s) were using a Husqvanna saw to cut masonry block without the use of a wet method.
