29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) Work site was located at 250 Avenue E, Bayonne, NJ 07002  Employees laying block for the elevator shaft were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet while they were working from a scaffold with no guardrails or fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about May 31st, 2018.
