29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a working/walking surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet ( 1.8m ) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about June 26, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that employees working on the floor level of the second floor were protected from a fall height of 11 feet. Employees were observed working and not protected from the fall on the northern edge. Additionally, employees were not protected from the fall on the southern edge and small door overhang.
