29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite, 123 Cedar Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 25, 2018, an employee was installing shingles on a residential house at heights above 6 feet without fall protection, and the employer did not have a training program to instruct him on the hazards of working at heights and how to protect himself from them.
