29 CFR 1926.502(f): Warning line systems and their use did not comply with the provisions set forth in OSHA regulations;   (a)  Best Men Construction LLC at 2905 N. Federal Blvd., Denver, CO 80202:  On and before April 18, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that warning line systems in use at the work site complied with OSHA provisions.   Specifically, a warning line was not erected around all sides of the roof work area, not less than 6 feet from the roof edge, and did not consist of ropes, wires, or chains, and supporting stanchions flagged at not more than 6-foot intervals with high-visibility material rigged and supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) was no less than 34 inches from the walking/working surface, and its highest point is no more than 39 inches from the walking/working surface.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 25 feet.
