29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    The employer is failing to ensure that all employees exposed to fall hazards while working on a residential roof are utilizing fall protection.  This most recently occurred on June 27, 2018 on the jobsite located at 2806 S. 187th Plaza, Bldg 18661, Omaha, NE 68130.  One employee was performing a roof inspection on the roof of a three-story apartment building while construction work was in progress.  The roof has a five in twelve steep sloped pitch at heights greater than six feet above the ground.        The controlling contractor is failing to ensure that all employees of the sub-contractor H&E Roofing are protected from fall hazards while working on a residential roof.  This most recently occurred on June 27, 2018 on the jobsite located at 2806 S. 187th Plaza, Bldg 18661, Omaha, NE 68130.  Nine employees from H&E Roofing were observed working on the roof of a three-story apartment building where there is a five in twelve steep sloped pitch at heights greater than six feet above the ground.
