29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems: a) 2900 Horizon Drive King of Prussia, PA, Roof: On or about June 22, 2018, employees were using a 12 inch wide scaffold stage as a ramp from the roof, approximately six to nine feet above a lower level, to transport debris to a ground-level dumpster without being protected from falling to that lower level through the use of guardrail systems.
