Under the following conditions the frame of a vehicle may serve as the grounding electrode for a system supplied by a generator located on the vehicle: a. On or about July 2, 2018, in the tool trailer, a portable generator used as a vehicle mounted-generator was not grounded while supplying power for employees using power hand tools, exposing them to the hazard of electric shock.
