29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) On or about July 02, 2018, at the job site located at 1105 Devonshire Drive, S. Forney, TX, employees were framing a new residential single family house while using a Makita circular saw, model 5007F, Serial number 1637036. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
