29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii):  The safety monitor shall be on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored:    On or about July 3, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that an employee performing roofing activities on a low sloped roof was protected from fall hazards.  The employee was exposing to falls up to 12 feet while working on top of a parapet wall without the use of fall protection.      Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
