29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    (a) Employees conducting roofing work on a 6:12 pitch roof on the East and South sides of the structure, were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees working near the edge, to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet one (1) inch to the ground below.
