29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):   Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:  At the commercial construction site located at 13302 S US 71 Highway, Grandview, Missouri. Employees engaged in masonry activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet 7 inches from the upper working level of the scaffold to the ground below. A complete guardrail system or other means of fall protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):   The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   At a commercial worksite located at 13302 S US 71 Highway, Grandview, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious health hazards, in that the employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace, including but not limited to, Commercial grade Quikcrete Stucco.
