29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Worksite: On or about July 9, 2018, employees engaged in roofing activities on a steep roof (slope more than 4 in 12), were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without any type of fall protection system.
