29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end:    a)  At 2311 Bent Creek, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about July 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from the third buck of a scaffold and the scaffold planks extend up to four feet past its supports on both ends exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  18.2 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a)  At 2311 Bent Creek, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about July 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from the third buck of a scaffold without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  18.2 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used:  a)  At 2311 Bent Creek, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about July 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from the second and third buck of a scaffold without providing his employees a ladder to gain safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 18.2 feet to the ground below.
